Our single-vineyard estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is born in the Clone 7 and Clone 4 blocks that surround the Robert Foley winery facility at 2000 feet elevation on Howell Mountain.
Super-ripe pure cherries jubilee with just a kiss of dusty cedar aromas. A mouth-coating explosion of flavors floods the palate, resolving with a balanced cleansing natural acidity. Fine tannins gently grip the mid-palate as these ripe flavors linger on and on.
This mountain Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to bottle age gracefully for many years to come.
