Nice long cool and even temperatures allowed this wine to ripen slowly and completely, providing a remarkable elegance. Black cherry and cranberry aromas introduce a lush seemingly sweet mid-palate filled with ripe fruit flavors and flood of fine tannin. Natural acidity completes this balance in a long lingering finish. Delicious in its youth, this will bottle age well for decades to come. Our single-vineyard estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is born in the vineyard blocks that surround the Robert Foley Vineyards winery facility at 2000 feet elevation on Howell Mountain. The 2012 growing season brought us long cool and even temperatures that allowed our estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon to ripen slowly and completely, providing a remarkable elegance.
